Long time readers of my blog would remember the wedding of Chris and Nichole, from November 2007. I was blessed to be asked to take their first family portrait, with their son Connor who just turned a year old!  I had taken a few snapshots of Connor before, but with everyone’s busy schedule they were never able to get together for a family portrait. Using the bright green backdrop of Lake Chabot, we finally were able to catch some beautiful photos of their little family.

Connor is such a character. He would go from laughing and running around, to the most serious and dramatic expressions. His Mama gives credit to his father’s serious English side . He kept running around in the grass, plopping down on the ground, or playing with flowers.  It’s so cute watching him run around now that he finally has walking pretty much down.

This family has the prettiest eyes I have ever seen. Beautiful, light eyes just run in the family!
