Two of my wonderful friends welcomed their baby girl, Penelope, into the world on April 24th, 2009! Her and I share the same birthday week! We shall be partying next year for sure! She truly has some of the most amazing eyes I have ever seen.

I had the wonderful opportunity to take the engagement shots of Steve and Jen in San Francisco! These two were such a blast to work with and were really up for anything. I even asked them to stop in the middle of the cross walk so I could take a snap. Chinatown was a perfect backdrop as it will be where they are getting married this year! After shooting for a bit there and checking out the venue of the wedding, we headed over to Union Square to take photographs where in a (not so small) way Steve proposed to Jen. This has been one of the most interesting and fun engagements I have ever shot – I hope you enjoy!
I think Steve wins an award for the best faces made in a photo session. These two know how to pose well.~
